Why will a judge listen to me?

Well, the judge appoints a CASA representative to advocate in a child's best interest and we’re in most cases the credence that the judge has in us is greater than most of the other people involved in the cases because we spend more time with the child. In many cases we see the child on a weekly basis where others involved in a case may see them on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. So I think for this reason, we have more credence with the judge than with some of the other people involved in a case.
