My first CASA case involved 3 children in a family, a boy of 12, who was placed in a foster home, his younger sisters were adopted, but Tim remained in care until he aged out or turned 18. Because of our six year of involvement, Tim still calls me to let me know how he is doing and I will always be Mrs. Carol to him.
